The HP LaserJet Pro M15w is a small shoe-box size printer that can print bundle documents quickly and consistently. It is quite friendly for work environments and economical compared to its inkjet rivals. This blog covers everything you need to know about the HP LaserJet Pro M15w. So, read it till the end to look at its features.

The HP LaserJet Pro M15w is a compact monochrome printer with only one input tray that supports only A4 and a few smaller document sizes. However, it doesn’t support duplex printing. For a flatbed scanner, better to wait for a similarly designed HP LaserJet Pro MFP 28w.

Design

To begin with the review, the first thing that comes to mind is how it appears. Hence, design is something we choose according to our work environment. So, let me tell you the HP LaserJet Pro M15w is designed for small home offices. The good thing about this printer is that it doesn’t take up much space. It is no bigger than a shoebox and taller than an average smartphone. Though the LCD is absent, you only get three buttons that are quite useful and don’t ruin the printer’s appearance.

You would be working peacefully with this friendly printer. You’re allowed to load 100 pages into the paper tray. If you overload it, the paper will overflow on your desk as a fairly flimsy extending plastic ram supports the output bin. Also, the toner cartridge is large and easily fits into the machine. Thanks to its companion app that will prompt you when the cartridges need replacement. Plus, the standby mode makes no noise at all. The USB port is located on the printer’s rear side, and the USB cable is included in the box.

Features

The features the HP LaserJet Pro M15w offers are somewhat limited. But sufficient enough with its small size and affordable cost. It allows only 150 sheets to be fed in those including no other than A4, A5, ten DL, or C4 envelope sizes. Also, the printer is fully monochrome and doesn’t feed multiple cartridges. Apart from this, it can print one side of the page; for duplex prints, you need to turn the page manually.

Output quality

The HP LaserJet Pro M15w produces a somewhat low resolution of 600X600 dpi; the output quality is still impressive. The text quality is sufficient for various businesses. After evaluating the printer’s working, we found no major issue in receiving a high-quality output compatible with many business applications.

However, the machine is not so good at high-quality printing photos, not even grayscale images.
